What is adnAtmBoardErHOBCounter?
This counter measures (in milliseconds) how long the high-priority output buffer was completely full, affecting time-sensitive traffic like voice or video. Network engineers use this to size and tune QoS buffers, ensuring real-time traffic gets priority access to outgoing bandwidth. A value of 150 means high-priority packets were waiting for 150 milliseconds total, risking voice call degradation.
