What is adnAtmBoardErHMPLHPCCounter?
This counter records how many high-priority ATM cells have been lost because the buffer filled up completely and could not accept more data. Network engineers monitor this closely because losing high-priority cells means the switch is severely congested beyond its ability to gracefully degrade. If this counter shows 3, the board has lost 3 high-priority cells, indicating serious overload conditions.
