Description: The counter associated with the number of downwards receiving FIFO overflows; counter #19 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErDRFOVCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the downlink receive FIFO overflowed, indicating congestion in inbound traffic paths. Network engineers use this to identify whether the board's inbound processing is keeping up with traffic volume or dropping cells. A value of 12 means the downlink buffer filled up 12 times, causing cells to be discarded.
