Description: The counter associated with the number of downwards cell synchro errors; counter #18 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErDCSECounter?
This counter tracks cell synchronization errors in downlink traffic on BBTS1C and BBTP3C boards, showing when cells arrive out of sync. Network engineers investigate this when downlink traffic shows frame misalignment or corruption, which causes data loss on that direction. A value of 7 means 7 sync slips were detected in downlink traffic during the monitoring window.
