Description: The counter associated with the number of loss of cell synchronization (BGETB); counter #15 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for BBE1B and BBT1B boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErBGETBCounter?
This counter counts the number of times the ATM core lost cell synchronization, preventing the board from properly reading incoming cells. Network engineers check this counter to diagnose link quality problems, as sync loss often precedes complete link failure. A value of 0 means the link is stable, but a value of 10 or higher suggests the line quality is marginal.
