What is adnAtmBoardErAPPLIQCounter?
This counter records the total duration in milliseconds that the applique (backplane connection) has been missing or disconnected. Network engineers monitor this to detect physical connection faults such as loose cards or failed hot-swap events that interrupt service. If this counter reads 3000, the applique has been disconnected for a cumulative 3000 milliseconds (3 seconds), indicating intermittent contact problems.
