Description: This variable indicates the processor status. It is a bit map represented as a sum; therefore it can represent multiple failures. This variable is only significant for CIG boards.

The bit positions are :

1 : adnAtmBoardErUFOF user FIFO overflow 2 : adnAtmBoardErUFRF user FIFO read failure 4 : adnAtmBoardErNFOF network FIFO overflow 8 : adnAtmBoardErPHTRAMP BGPHT chip RAM parity error 16 : adnAtmBoardErNFRF network FIFO read failure 128 : adnAtmBoardErRBOF receipt cell buffer overflow 4096 : adnAtmBoardErAPPLIQ applique not present

N.B.: This variable is significant when the operational state of the processor is enabled. When there is no processor error, this variable has the value 0.

What is adnAtmBoardCIGStatus?

This read-only bitmapped register tracks processor status on CIG (line interface) boards, showing failures like user/network FIFO overflows, RAM parity errors, and read failures. Operators check this to understand which internal buffers or chips on the CIG board are malfunctioning. A value of 15 (binary 1111) means all four basic failure types (user FIFO overflow, user FIFO read failure, network FIFO overflow, and parity error) are active.
