What is adnAtmAccTrmParam4?
Depending on the traffic descriptor type, this OID stores either the Maximum Burst Size (MBS) for all transmit traffic, or the MBS for lower-priority (CLP 0) traffic only. Network engineers use this to size buffers and to limit how many cells can be sent in rapid succession during a burst before the network starts dropping. For example, MBS=10000 means up to 10,000 cells can be transmitted back-to-back in a burst before rate limiting kicks in.
