What is adnAtmAccTrmParam1?
This OID always contains the Peak Cell Rate (PCR) for all transmit traffic (CLP 0+1 aggregate) on the virtual channel, measured in cells per second. Network engineers monitor this to ensure that outbound traffic never exceeds the contracted peak rate, which would trigger network-level cell drops. For example, a value of 100000 means the transmit side will never send more than 100,000 cells per second; anything above triggers discard or tagging.
