What is adnAtmAccRcvTagging?
This OID indicates whether tagging (cell marking) is enabled for non-conformant high-priority traffic instead of discarding it outright. Network engineers enable tagging to degrade gracefully—non-compliant cells get marked for lower priority rather than dropped, preserving some throughput. When enabled (value 1 or 'true'), cells exceeding the PCR are marked with the CLP bit, allowing downstream systems to decide their final fate.
