What is adnAtmAccRcvParam2?
This OID holds the Cell Delay Variation (CDV) tolerance, which sets the maximum allowable jitter for cells arriving on the virtual channel. Network engineers use this to detect when network congestion causes uneven cell arrival timing, a sign that QoS policies are failing. A value of 9722 cells means the system tolerates roughly 9.7 milliseconds of jitter before marking cells as non-conformant.
