What is adnAtmAccRcvParam1?
This OID stores the Peak Cell Rate (PCR) for all incoming traffic (high and low priority combined) on an ATM virtual channel link. Network engineers monitor this value to verify that incoming data rates stay within service contract limits and to identify capacity bottlenecks. A value of 155600 means the channel accepts up to that many cells per second, typical for OC-3 line-rate performance.
