What is adnAtmAccCumulTransitDelay?
This OID holds the actual cumulative transit delay the network is currently providing on the active connection. Network engineers monitor this against the required delay to confirm the connection is meeting its service level agreement and to detect congestion or routing changes. For example, if the required delay is 100 ms and this value shows 95 ms, the connection is performing well; if it starts climbing to 110 ms, congestion is occurring.
