What is adnAseBoardTrMgtHMP0ObsTh?
This OID sets the first observation threshold in cells (0 to 255) for the ASE matrix board, triggering a counter when traffic reaches this level to provide early load warnings. Network engineers use this to get early warning of increasing traffic load on the matrix board, allowing them to respond before congestion becomes critical. A value of 100 causes the observation counter to increment whenever a cell is received and the buffer is at or above 100 cells.
