What is adnAnhdrStamp?
This OID records the timestamp of when the address-to-node mapping table was last updated or recalculated. Network engineers use this to track when topology changes occur and to correlate these with reported routing changes or service interruptions. For example, a recent timestamp means the network recently recalculated which nodes can reach each address, possibly due to a link failure or recovery.
