Module: ADN-MIB

OID (symbolic): ADN-MIB::adnAnNodeMacNum

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.5.8.18.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The machine number part of adnAnNodeIndex, the routing node ID of the node at the remote endpoint.

What is adnAnNodeMacNum?

This OID stores the machine number portion of a node's routing address (the second part of the node ID), as a signed 32-bit integer. Engineers use this to parse and understand node identifiers when debugging routing entries and tracing paths through the network. For instance, a value of 15 means the machine/node is numbered 15 within its area.
