Description: Defines a time period between transfers of the accounting data file to the Network Management System directory. After each transfer, the Network Management System is also notified via a SNMP trap that this file is ready for transfer to the Network Management System via FTP services. Each posting contains only accounting data collected since the last posting. The unit of time for this interval is minutes. Common Name: Acctg Posting Interval
What is adnAmPostInterval?
This read-write integer (in minutes) defines how often accounting data files are transferred to the Network Management System directory and a SNMP trap is sent. This controls how frequently detailed usage reports are available for analysis, billing, and auditing purposes. A value of 60 means each accounting file is posted to the NMS every hour, and the system notifies the management station when each file is ready for retrieval.
