Rising rejection rates signal that the fabric is oversubscribed and cannot establish new PTP circuits at the requested quality of service without upgrades. A value of 1,203 means 1,203 PTP circuits failed to secure fabric bandwidth, requiring network operators to reduce connection demand or add hardware capacity.
