This counter counts multipoint bandwidth allocation failures when the matrix fabric runs out of available switching resources. High rejection numbers indicate the fabric cannot support additional multicast tree growth without service degradation, forcing operators to limit group size or hardware upgrade. A value of 567 shows 567 multicast branches failed to acquire fabric bandwidth, likely degrading video delivery or real-time group communication quality.
