What is adnAeiPortTraOutCellsCounter?
This counter tracks the total number of ATM cells that have left the port since the last reset. Engineers compare incoming versus outgoing cells to diagnose congestion, cell loss, or buffering issues on the port. For example, if 10 million cells arrived but only 9.9 million left, it indicates 100,000 cells were dropped or are still buffered.
