What is adnAeiPortErURCCounter?
This counter increments when cells arrive with routing information that doesn't match any configured destination, causing them to be unroutable and discarded. A rising counter indicates either misconfigured routing policies, orphaned traffic from failed neighbors, or configuration drift. If this reaches 100, it suggests a significant routing misconfiguration affecting many cells.
