Description: The counter associated with the loss of synchronization intervals; counter #1 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the matrix board, for the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAeiPortErLOSCounter?
This counter tracks loss of synchronization intervals on the ATM port, which means the receiver lost and had to re-establish bit-level synchronization with the incoming signal. When this counter increments, it typically indicates physical layer instability such as cable issues, signal reflections, or port hardware problems. An increase from 0 to 2 in a day means the port lost and regained sync twice, indicating intermittent link problems.
