What is adnAdjhdrNum?
This OID stores the count of adjacent node entries currently in the learned adjacency table. Network engineers monitor this number to understand how many neighbors a node can reach and to detect topology changes. For example, a value of 12 indicates the node currently has 12 direct neighbors.
