What is adnAdjMetricCostLow?
This stores the actual numeric cost value for low-priority routing on the link (ranging from -2147483648 to 2147483647). Engineers configure this when they want certain links to be used only as backup routes by assigning them higher costs. For example, a value of "1000" means this link costs 1000 units, making it less attractive than a link with cost "100."
