What is adnAJNState?
This OID identifies the current state of the adjacency relationship between this node and a discovered neighbor (for example, up, down, forming, or learning). Engineers monitor this to understand whether the routing relationship is healthy or if adjacency formation has stalled. For example, a value of 'up' means the adjacency is active and ready for routing, while 'forming' means it is still negotiating with the neighbor.
