Access: read-write

Description: Control to cause this system to crash. In response to a get-request or get-next-request, the agent always returns 'ready' for this value. Setting the value to 'ready' has no effect. Setting it to 'execute' causes an immediate crash. Corresponds to the CRASH command.

What is sysCrash?

Setting this read-write control to execute(2) immediately crashes the system on purpose, equivalent to the CRASH command; the agent always reports it back as ready(1), and setting it to ready has no effect.
