What is tnExprWaveKeyEncodePowerAtEolOffset?
Measured in mBm, this read-create Integer32 in tnExprWaveKeyEncodeEntry is the end-of-life (EOL) power offset WaveKey Encode adds to its target power calculation for this port, compensating for expected fiber/component aging over the system's lifetime. Operators tune it during initial turn-up so the launch power budget still has margin left as the link ages.
