What is vRtrMplsTpSystemTableLastChanged?
This read-only timestamp reports how long, in hundredths of a second since system startup, it has been since the MPLS-TP system table last changed state. Admins and monitoring tools poll it to detect that MPLS-TP configuration changed without having to walk the entire table on every check, triggering a full re-read only when the timestamp advances. It is a change-detection aid rather than a configuration value itself.
