This read-create value specifies whether an LSP using this template reverts back to its working path automatically once a failure clears, revertive(2), or stays on the protection path until manually switched back, nonRevertive(1). Admins choose revertive when they want traffic to automatically return to the primary path after a fault is resolved, and nonRevertive when they'd rather control the switch-back manually to avoid repeated flapping. It defaults to revertive.
