What is tmnxVrrpOperOwner?
Indicates whether this VRRP instance is configured as the address owner (true) -- meaning it holds the virtual IP addresses natively and always wins mastership when up -- or as a non-owner (false) that merely shares the virtual IP. Owner instances ignore several of the reply-control objects (ping/telnet/ssh reply) since an owner always answers as itself.
