What is svcIesId?
This accessible-for-notify value carries the IES service ID that a VPLS service gets bound to once IP interface binding is enabled, appearing only inside the svcVplssvcBoundToIESSvc notification. Admins reading this trap use it, alongside svcVplsId, to identify exactly which IES and VPLS services were just bound together.
