What is sapEgressAggRateLimitCIR?
This read-write value (0-10000000 kbps, default 0) caps the SAP's aggregate egress traffic at its committed rate. Admins set this to enforce an overall egress bandwidth floor/cap across all of the SAP's traffic combined, rather than per-queue.
