This read-create boolean (default false) creates a split-horizon group for this SAP, intended only for virtual-channel SAPs on interconnection nodes in a multi-ring Ethernet topology, ensuring sub-ring control messages from the major ring reach only the sub-ring control service. Admins enable this specifically on interconnection-node virtual-channel SAPs to prevent control-message loops between rings.
