Module: TIMETRA-SAS-LOG-MIB

OID (symbolic): TIMETRA-SAS-LOG-MIB::tmnxDygGaspPriTgtName

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.6.2.2.2.14.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: SnmpAdminString

Access: read-write

Description: Primary SNMP trap target to which dying gasp trap needs to be sent. An entry with this name and tmnxDygGaspPriLogId has to exist in tmnxSnmpTrapDestEntry before tmnxDygGaspPriTgtName can be set

What is tmnxDygGaspPriTgtName?

This read-write SnmpAdminString (up to 28 characters) names the primary SNMP trap target that will receive the dying-gasp (power-loss) trap. As with tmnxDygGaspPriLogId, the DESCRIPTION requires that a matching entry with this name and the log ID already exist in tmnxSnmpTrapDestEntry before this object can be successfully set, so an admin configures the trap destination first. For example, an admin might set this to "NOC-Primary" to name the primary management station that should be alerted when the device is losing power.
