The value 'metricVal(2)' means the metric value is the value of tRPOperPSAcceptActionMetricValue.

What is tRPOperPSAcptActnMetricSource?

Shows where the metric of routes that match this policy entry and are accepted comes from: igpCost(1) derives the MED or metric from the route's IGP cost, metricVal(2) uses the configured metric value. With igpCost(1) the configured metric value is ignored; metricVal(2) is the default.
