What is tRPAdminPSDefaultActionCommunity2?
Sets how the second community is applied to the communities of routes that reach the policy statement's default action (they matched none of its entries): none(1) disables, add(2), remove(3) or replace(4). It lets a single policy apply two communities at once, such as one for origin and one for traffic engineering.
