Description:
The tNetworkEgressDSCPEntry defines a particular DSCP entry for a network egress policy.
Some default entries are created by the agent for the default network policy (1). These cannot be deleted or modified. Other entries are created/deleted by user.
In the event that one policy has multiple entries, and the tNetworkEgressDSCP values are the same, only one queue will be created (the queue for the lexicographically first tNetworkEgressDSCP).
