Description:
The value of tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8Rate specifies the explicit maximum frame based bandwidth limit, in megabits per second, for this HSMDA scheduler policy level. This object may not be set simultaneously with tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8GrpId.
Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl8WgtInGrp being set to default.
