Description:
The value of tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7Rate specifies the explicit maximum frame based bandwidth limit, in megabits per second, for this HSMDA scheduler policy level. This object may not be set simultaneously with tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7GrpId.
Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl7WgtInGrp being set to default.
