The value of tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6Rate specifies the explicit maximum frame based bandwidth limit, in megabits per second, for this HSMDA scheduler policy level. This object may not be set simultaneously with tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6GrpId.
Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl6WgtInGrp being set to default.
