This object defines the relative weight applied to a hierarchical scheduler policy level when it belongs to a group, controlling how much bandwidth the policy level receives compared to siblings in the same group. The weight only applies when the policy level has been assigned to a group via the tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl3GrpId object, with a default value of 1. An operator would use this to tune bandwidth allocation and fairness between competing traffic classes in the Quality of Service hierarchy.
