Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2WgtInGrp being set to default.
