Description:
The value of tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2Rate specifies the explicit maximum frame based bandwidth limit, in megabits per second, for this HSMDA scheduler policy level. This object may not be set simultaneously with tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2GrpId.
Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl2WgtInGrp being set to default.
