Description:
The value of tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1Rate specifies the explicit maximum frame based bandwidth limit, in megabits per second, for this HSMDA scheduler policy level. This object may not be set simultaneously with tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1GrpId.
Setting tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1Rate to any value (including default) while tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1GrpId is non-default, results in the level being removed from the group, tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1GrpId being set to default, and tHsmdaSchedulerPlcyLvl1WgtInGrp being set to default.
