What is tmnxPcepPccEntityReportPathConst?
Specifies whether this PCC entity should report path constraints (e.g. bandwidth, metric bounds) back to the PCE when reporting LSP state, defaulting to true. Turning it off reduces the amount of path-constraint detail sent in PCRpt messages if a deployment doesn't need the PCE to see that information.
