Description: [CAUSE] The vRtrMplsLspSwitchStbyFailure notification is generated to report an unsuccessful switchover from the current active secondary LSP path of an LSP to another secondary standby LSP path. The reason for the failure is specified by vRtrMplsLspSwitchStbyReasonCode.

[EFFECT] The switchover to the new standby path failed for the LSP.

[RECOVERY] The vRtrMplsLspSwitchStbyReasonCode will help the user troubleshoot the failure. The user can attempt to switchover to another standby LSP path again.
