The tmnxSyslogTargetRowStatus object allows for dynamic creation and deletion of row entries in the tmnxSyslogTargetTable as well as the activation and deactivation of these entries.
When this object's value is set to 'notInService (2)', no messages will be sent to this target collector and none of its counters will be incremented.
