Description:
The tmnxStdRowStatus object allows for dynamic creation and deletion of row entries in the tmnxSnmpTrapDestTable as well as the activation and deactivation of these entries.
In order for 'createAndGo' row creation to succeed or status to transition to 'active' a value must be set for tmnxStdNotifyCommunity.
In order for 'createAndGo' row creation to succeed or status to transition to 'active' an entry must exist in the SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyTable with an snmpNotifyName index that is the ASCII string representation of the value of tmnxStdIndex.
When this object's value is set to 'notInService (2)', no messages will be sent to this snmp notification collector and none of its counters will be incremented.
