Description:
When tmnxLogApDefault has a value of 'true', it indicates that this accounting policy is applied to all service access points (SAPs) that do not have an explicit accounting policy applied. If no accounting policy is associated with a SAP accounting records are produced in accordance with the default policy.
Only one accounting policy entry in the tmnxLogApTable can have tmnxLogApDefault set to 'true'. If there is no entry in the tmnxLogApTable with tmnxLogApDefault set to 'true', then the only accounting records collected are those explicitly configured accounting policies.
