The value of tmnxLogApCrSignChangeAACounters specifies the AA (Application assurance) counter Ids to be taken as reference to which the significant change defined in tmnxLogApCrSignChangeDelta applies.
A non-zero value of this object is only allowed if both the objects tmnxLogApCrSignChangeOCntr and tmnxLogApCrSignChangeQueue are zero.
Also, a non-zero value for this object is only allowed if the object tmnxLogApCrSignChangeDelta is either 0 or 1.
