This object stores an octet string (binary data) value used in filter redirect SNMP response rules on Nokia (formerly Alcatel) equipment. Once created, this value cannot be modified and any change attempts are silently ignored. An operator would set this during initial filter configuration and then view it to understand the binary data pattern that is being used for packet filtering or redirection.
